K38 Japan educates recreational PWC users for the safe boating practices and train RWC occupational users for the technical development through the educational standards. K38 Japan strives to establish vital Rescue Watercraft standards nationally and internationally under their affiliation of K38 International.

K38 Japan instructors teach the best practices and methods for boating rule applications and operational behaviors for the national boating license as a certified boating school under Marine Sports Foundation (Maris).

K38 Japan manages event water safety for marine sports recreational events or competitions to develop these water related activities in a safe manner.

K38 Japan conducts safe boating events and campaigns in cooperation with water safety organizations both in Japan and abroad to prevent or reduce accidents and drowning’s.
